We are looking for enthusiastic people who would like the flexibility to work within a nursery on a part-time basis around their other family/study commitments. The successful applicants would help us to cover staff absence such as annual leave, training and sickness.
Applicants will ideally have a recognised childcare qualification but this is not essential, but they MUST have experience of working with children.

We offer an attractive salary package as well as a generous 40% discount for staff children. Holiday entitlement is 28 days pro rata, per annum (including Bank Holidays) and we always close over the Christmas period. Further training is available for all successful candidates.
Please note that due to the nature of the nurseries' work, employees are not exempt from the provisions of Section 4 (2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, by virtue of the (Exceptions) Order 1975 as amended by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) and the (Amendment) Order 1986. Employees are therefore not entitled to withhold information about convictions which for other purposes are 'spent' under the provisions of the Act. Any failure to disclose such convictions could result in dismissal or disciplinary action.
